GSN, Inc recruits and places healthcare professionals locally and internationally in collaboration with our affiliates in Australia, Belgium, England, Germany, Guatemala, Philippines, Southeast Asia, Thailand and the United States. The recruitment process includes the following:

  • Negotiation and Contract Signing

GSN, Inc. facilitates the review of professional credentials of candidates and signing of all required “job offer” documents after contract terms and conditions are negotiated and completed.

  • U.S. Immigrant Visa Processing

For international/foreign-trained nurses (who are NCLEX and/or CGFNS passers), a “green card” immigrant visa will be obtained through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  GSN, Inc. employs a U.S. immigration law firm to ensure all foreign-trained healthcare professionals meet immigration requirements. Our advisors can also assist U.S. healthcare facilities with the pre-employment assessment, skills and competency checks of all foreign trained healthcare professionals. As a part of its service to its clients, GSN, Inc also makes recommendations for handling of client recruitment and/or staffing needs.

  • US Arrival and Job Placement

Recruited international/foreign-trained healthcare professionals will receive assistance from GSN, Inc. with housing, acclimatization, training and orientation to prepare for cultural differences in performance of expectations, as well as completion of any certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS that may be required for placement at a U.S. healthcare facility.
